Ubytovací řád
Valid for the accommodation facility Apart Hotel Jablonec, Svatopluka Čecha 59, 466 02, Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic, as General Terms and Conditions of the Accommodation Contract pursuant to § 754 et seq. of the Civil Code:
1.Each person staying at the hotel (hereinafter referred to as "guest") is obliged to check in at the hotel reception upon arrival and to provide credible proof of his/her identity at least in the following scope of data: name, surname, residential address, date of birth, ID card number - ID card or passport. Guests who are required to have a visa to enter the Czech Republic are obliged to present a valid visa. In case the guest refuses to present a personal document, the hotel is not obliged to provide accommodation.
2. The price for accommodation is payable at the end of the stay at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is made in cash or by credit card. Payment by invoice is possible only after prior agreement with the hotel management and binding confirmation of the order.
Counter prices for accommodation and individual services are available at the hotel reception and on the website www.aparthotel.cz.
3. The guest has the right to use the premises reserved for accommodation. Upon check-in, the guest receives a key and chip to the room and the main door. The guest is obliged to prevent the loss of these keys. In the event of loss or other misuse of the keys or chip, the guest is obliged to pay the hotel a contractual penalty of 1000,- CZK.
The guest is obliged to
pay the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Properly use the premises intended for accommodation, maintain order and cleanliness of the room. Familiarize themselves with the Accommodation Rules and abide by them. Report any damage or loss caused by the guest to the premises without delay. On the day of arrival, the room is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, the guest is required to leave the room by 10:00 am. Late departures must be reported the day before. Late check-out will be charged at 400 CZK per person.
Guests must surrender the keys, building and room access chip at the reception on the day of departure. Report any consumption from the minibar at the reception upon departure.
Use their own appliances in the premises without prior notification to the hotel reception.
Transfer the premises reserved for accommodation to another person.
Receive visitors in the room for the purpose of staying overnight.
The guest may not:
Carry weapons and ammunition, or otherwise possess them in a condition that allows their immediate use (will be immediately reported to the Police)
Possess, manufacture or possess narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless they are medicines prescribed by a doctor (to be immediately reported to the Police of the Czech Republic)
Smoking in all areas of the hotel (on-the-spot fine of CZK 1,000)
Taking bed linen, bathroom textiles from the hotel room (on-the-spot fine 500 CZK / piece) and bathrobe (fine 1.000 CZK)
6. Guests can park their vehicles in the private adjacent parking lot in front of the hotel. These parking areas are open and therefore the operator is not liable for any theft of the vehicle or belongings in the vehicle.
Guests are advised not to leave jewellery, money or other valuables in the rooms. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to these items in accordance with Section 434 (1) of the Civil Code. A common safe is available in the hotel office.
7. Pets are allowed, but there is a fee for this service.
8. The guest has the right to cancel the accommodation contract. Cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy:
Guest may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the first night.
Payment in advance is not required.In case of cancellation with prepayment, a settlement will be made within 15 days and refunded less cancellation fees.
